Die SVA BL ist das Kompetenzzentrum für Sozialversicherungen im Kanton Basel\-Landschaft. Sie erfüllt als eigenständiges öffentlich\-rechtliches Unternehmen einen gesetzlichen Auftrag und leistet einen Beitrag zur sozialen Sicherheit für die Bevölkerung und die Wirtschaft des Kantons.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Monitoring \& Triage der Abteilung Integration der IV\-Stelle suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als

Fachperson Sozialversicherung IV (80 \- 100 %)

Was Sie bewegen

  • Überwachen von Gesuchen mit noch unklarem Eingliederungspotenzial
  • Prüfen der versicherungsmässigen Voraussetzungen und des Leistungsanspruchs
  • Einholen und Beurteilen medizinischer, wirtschaftlicher und arbeitsplatzbezogener Unterlagen
  • Führen von Assessment\-Gesprächen und Erstellen der Berichte
  • Koordinieren mit Versicherten und involvierten Stellen
  • Einschätzen des Eingliederungspotenzials und Weiterleiten an das zuständige Folgeteam
  • Besprechen komplexer Fälle in interdisziplinären Fachsitzungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regionalen Ärztlichen Dienst beider Basel (RAD)
  • Selbständiges Erlassen von Vorbescheiden und Verfügungen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Kaufmännische oder gesundheitliche Grundausbildung und idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Sozial\- oder Privatversicherungsbereich
  • Eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Sozialversicherungen oder der eidgenössische Fachausweis Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/\-fachmann sind von Vorteil
  • Eine stilsichere Kommunikation, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, gute Arbeitsorganisation und Teamorientierung
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Hohe Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Französisch) von Vorteil
