Gesucht wird ein Fachspezialist / eine Fachspezialistin Finanzen & Controlling für anspruchsvolle Aufgaben im Rechnungswesen, Controlling und in der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen. Die Position eröffnet die Chance, Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und an digitalen Lösungen mitzuwirken.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie erstellen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse und übernehmen zentrale Aufgaben in der Warenlagerbewertung sowie in der Anlage- und Betriebsbuchhaltung
  • Sie agieren zudem in der Stellvertretenden Rolle des Leiter Finanzen- und Controlling 
  • In Forecast- und Budgetprozessen bringen Sie Ihre finanzielle Expertise ein und unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen für unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen
  • Als ERP Key User im Finanzbereich sorgen Sie für eine optimale Systemnutzung und treiben gemeinsam mit internen Schnittstellen die Digitalisierung und Verbesserung bestehender Finanzprozesse voran
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsstandorten und dem Group Controlling sowie die Unterstützung der Finanzleitung bei Projekten schaffen ein vielseitiges Arbeitsumfeld mit internationaler Ausrichtung

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine Weiterbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die fachliche Grundlage für diese anspruchsvolle Funktion
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse der Betriebsbuchhaltung in einem industriellen Umfeld, runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Rechnungswesens sowie Erfahrung mit IKS und Compliance gehören ebenso dazu wie ein sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und sehr guten MS-Office-Kenntnissen, insbesondere Excel
  • Eine analytische, vernetzte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise verbindet sich mit Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und gemeinsam über verschiedene Bereiche hinweg weiterzuentwickeln
