Deine Wirkung bei CRB:

Du verantwortest die Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung eigener NPK\-Kapitel im Hochbau. Gemeinsam mit Fachpersonen aus den jeweiligen Fachbereichen sorgst du dafür, dass die Inhalte fachlich fundiert, konsistent und praxistauglich sind.

Du führst Standardprojekte von der Bedürfnisabklärung bis zur Publikation und behältst Inhalte, Termine und Kosten im Blick. Dabei moderierst du Fachgruppen und bringst Autorenteams, Fachverbände und Gremien zu tragfähigen Ergebnissen zusammen. Entwicklungen bei Normen, Technik und Markt verfolgst du aufmerksam und beurteilst, was in die Arbeitsmittel einfliesst.

Das bringst du mit:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Bauleitung, Projektleitung oder Ausführung im Hochbau sowie eigene NPK\- und Ausschreibungserfahrung. Du formulierst technische Inhalte auf Deutsch klar, neutral und verbindlich und überzeugst Fachleute durch Kompetenz und Persönlichkeit. Ob Bauleiter, Bauführer, Techniker HF, Planer oder handwerkliche Grundbildung mit Weiterbildung: Entscheidend ist deine Praxis. Kenntnisse des eBKP\-H sind ein Plus.
