Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams im Risk suchen wir dich.

  • Du bist fachlich verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung von Governance, Methoden, Vorgaben, Instrumenten und Rollen im BCM und unterstützt bei Themen der operationellen Resilienz.
  • Mit deiner Expertise begleitest du fachlich die involvierten Parteien und stellst die Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Durchführung von Business\-Impact\-Analysen, der Erstellung von Wiederanlauf\- und Geschäftsfortführungsplänen sowie der Inventarisierung der kritischen Ressourcen sicher.
  • In der Funktion einer unabhängigen Kontrollstelle hinterfragst und plausibilisierst du Analysen, Pläne, identifizierte Handlungsfelder und vereinbarte Massnahmen.
  • Die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Übungen sowie die Definition von Handlungsempfehlungen gehören ebenfalls in deinen Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Du erstellst und vertrittst die Berichterstattung . Geschäftsleitung und Bankrat.
  • Du bringst deine Erfahrung und Wissen bei der Mitarbeit und Begleitung von Projekten ein.

  • Du bringst einen Abschluss eines Wirtschaftstudiums mit und verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Bereich BCM und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich operationelle Resilienz.
  • Deine ausgeprägten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, vernetzte Denkweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe setzt du täglich ein.
  • Du kannst überzeugen und dich durchsetzen.
  • Dich begeistert die Zusammenarbeit im Team und du arbeitest ebenso selbständig, effizient und lösungsorientiert.
