Für den Aufbau unseres neuen Business Risk Management Teams suchen wir eine engagierte, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit.

  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Durchführung von KYC\- und KYT\-Abklärungen zur Geldwäschereibekämpfung inklusive nachvollziehbarer Dokumentation.
  • Übernahme zentralisierter Aufgaben innerhalb der First of Defence sowie Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei komplexen regulatorischen Fragestellungen.
  • Beurteilung von Kunden\- und Transaktionssachverhalten, Klärung offener Punkte und Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und qualitativ hochwertigen Dokumentation.
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei anspruchsvollen KYC\-/KYT\-Fragestellungen sowie Entwicklung praxisnaher Hilfestellungen für wiederkehrende Fälle.
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden bei regulatorischen Abklärungen – telefonisch, per E\-Mail und in Ausnahmefällen persönlich – mit einer professionellen und verständlichen Ansprache.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ansprechpartnern und Übernahme einer kompetenten Anlaufstellenfunktion für den Vertrieb bei KYC\-/KYT\-Fragen.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Aufbaus und der Weiterentwicklung des neuen Teams, der Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen sowie Übernahme von Verantwortung im Team.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Erfahrung im Retailbanking, idealerweise in einer Frontfunktion oder im Compliance\-Umfeld; praktische Erfahrung mit KYC\-/KYT\-Abklärungen und Fragestellungen zur Geldwäschereibekämpfung von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Risk\-, Kontroll\- und Compliance\-Themen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich vertieft mit regulatorischen Fragestellungen auseinanderzusetzen.
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie eine präzise, strukturierte und nachvollziehbare Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und die Fähigkeit, auch anspruchsvolle Kommunikationssituationen souverän, verständlich und professionell zu meistern.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit regulatorischen Vorgaben und ein gutes Gespür für pragmatische und kundenorientierte Lösungen im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Teamgeist, Verlässlichkeit und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des neuen Teams aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
