Fachspezialist/in Facility Management 70\-90%

Das erwartet Sie Das engagierte Team Facility Management verantwortet das gesamte Infrastruktur\-Portfolio unserer 22 Gruppenpraxen, der Corporate Health Standorte und der Zentralen Services. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion leiten Sie Infrastrukturprojekte, tragen operative Verantwortung für die professionelle Bewirtschaftung unserer gemieteten Immobilien, kontrollieren die Nebenkostenabrechnungen, verhandeln mit Geschäftspartnern optimale Konditionen und haben jederzeit den Überblick über die Verträge der ihnen zugeteilten Objekte. Sie evaluieren geeignete Praxisstandorte, koordinieren Um\- und Ausbauten sowie Sanierungen bestehender Standorte, managen das Versicherungsportfolio und wickeln Schadenfälle, Reparaturbedürfnisse sowie Ersatzbeschaffungen effizient ab. Ihr Beitrag ist auch im Bereich der Praxiseinrichtungen, sei es Mobiliar oder medizinische Geräte, gefragt.

Das erwarten wir Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische und/oder eine technische Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Facility Management oder in der ImmobilienverwaltungSie haben Erfahrung mit Mietverträgen und NebenkostenabrechnungenIm Projektmanagement für Bau\- und Umbauten bringen Sie bereits eine umfassende Erfahrung mit. Von Vorteil in der Projektleitung Sie sind ein/e Teamplayer/in, verfügen über Tatendrang und Eigeninitiative und UmsetzungsstärkeSie zeichnen sich durch Ihre zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
