**Deine Aufgaben**

* Im Geschäftsverwaltungsbetrieb mitwirken (Lebenszyklus der Geschäfte sicherstellen, Mustervorlagen erstellen und pflegen, Controlling durchführen) * Weiterentwicklung von GEVER in der DIJ unterstützen (Prozesse analysieren und optimieren, im Releasemanagement mitwirken, Änderungsanträge begleiten) * Das Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement verantworten * Beraten und Unterstützen der Nutzenden im Generalsekretariat sowie der Records Manager/-innen in organisatorischen und technischen Belangen * Aus- und Weiterbildungen der Records Manager/-innen organisieren und durchführen, Schulungsunterlagen und Hilfsmittel erstellen * Stellvertretung der GEVER-Verantwortlichen sicherstellen

**Dein Profil**

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Fachfrau/Fachmann Information und Dokumentation oder gleichwertige Ausbildung und fachspezifische Weiterbildung im Bereich GEVER / Recordsmanagement * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem Geschäftsverwaltungssystem , gewandt im Umgang mit digitalen Systemen * Selbständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe * Hohes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein und Freude am Kundenkontakt * Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1), gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Die Direktion für Inneres und Justiz (DIJ) gestaltet verschiedene Politikbereiche mit und trägt mit ihrem breiten Dienstleistungsangebot zum guten Funktionieren von Staat, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft bei. Das Generalsekretariat verantwortet als Stabsstelle die Führungsunterstützung und die Ressourcensteuerung der Direktion. Dazu gehört das Betreuen und Weiterentwickeln der elektronischen Geschäftsverwaltung für die ganze Direktion mit mehr als 1'500 Mitarbeitenden verteilt auf rund 12 verschiedene Ämter bzw. Einheiten.
