In dieser vielseitigen Fachrolle gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Leitsysteme und sorgst für eine zuverlässige und zielgerichtete Ereignisinformation. Damit leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einem effizienten, vernetzten und zukunftsfähigen öV-Betrieb.

Das kannst du bewirken

- In dieser spannenden Funktion bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson rund um die Leitsysteme von PostAuto.

- Gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen sorgst du für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Informationssysteme und Grundlagen.

- Du erarbeitest, priorisierst und vertritts die Fachanforderungen an die Systeme der Leitstellen gegenüber IT, Fachgremien sowie der öV-Branche.

- Ausserdem analysierst du Fachkonzepte zur Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Prozesse und erarbeitest praxistaugliche Standards.

- Du koordinierst Fachtests sowie fachliche Abnahmenvon Releases, Systemanpassungen oder Neueinführungen.

- Du leitest oder unterstützt interne und externe Projekte, erstellst Benutzerdokumentationen und schulst Anwenderinnen und Anwender.

Das bringst du mit

- Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe – etwa einen FH-Abschluss, eine höhere Fachschule (HF) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation – im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und kombinierst analytisches Denken mit technischem Verständnis, um effiziente Prozesse und innovative Lösungen zu gestalten.

- Du zeigst grosses Interesse am öffentlichen Verkehr und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Leitsysteme gesammelt.

- Deine Projektkenntnisse im IT-Umfeld hast du dir in deinen bisherigen Tätigkeiten erfolgreich angeeignet.

- Du bist konzeptionell stark und es gelingt dir, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und Datenflüsse und bestehende Prozesse zu optimieren.

- Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute (mündliche) Kenntnisse auf Französisch
