Sie steuern das technische Änderungswesen in einem Kernkraftwerk und fördern die Projektmanagement-Kultur der Abteilung.

## Aufgaben - Steuerung des Änderungswesens und Leitung der Beurteilungskommission für technische Änderungen - Verfolgung des Bearbeitungsstands technischer Änderungen und Input fürs Portfoliomanagement - Durchsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen für technische Änderungen - Sicherstellung einheitlicher Projektmanagementmethoden und -werkzeuge - Förderung der Projektmanagement-Kultur in der Abteilung - Planung, Umsetzung und Abschluss von Projekten gemäss Projektzielen

## Profil - Master oder Bachelor in einer technischen Disziplin - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise nach IPMA-Standards - Erfahrung aus komplexen Projekten, vorzugsweise Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau - Erfahrung aus der Kraftwerkstechnik oder im nuklearen Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit Behörden - Erste Führungserfahrung mit interdisziplinären Teams - Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP- und MS-Project-Kenntnisse von Vorteil - Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
