Ihre Aufgaben

Qualitätsmanagement

  • Sie bauen unser Qualitätsmanagement weiter aus und stellen sicher, dass es im Alltag der Disponierenden umgesetzt wird.
  • Sie werten Kennzahlen wie Annahme\- und Alarmierungszeiten oder die medizinische Abfrage aus und leiten daraus konkrete Verbesserungen ab.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Qualitätsüberprüfungen und internen Audits
  • Aufbereitung von Erkenntnissen und Empfehlungen für die Führung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Pflege von Qualitätsstandards und Vorgaben
  • Sie schaffen ein Klima, in dem Fehler und Beinaheereignisse offen besprochen werden, damit wir uns weiterentwickeln können

Projektmanagement

  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten – von der Idee bis zur Evaluation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Projektunterlagen und Präsentationen
  • Überwachung von Projektzielen, Terminen und Ergebnissen
  • Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Umsetzung und Evaluation abgeschlossener Projekte

Weiterentwicklung der SNZ 144

  • Identifikation von Entwicklungs\- und Innovationspotenzialen
  • Begleitung von Veränderungs\- und Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Unterstützung der Führung bei organisatorischen und fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Beobachtung von Entwicklungen im Rettungswesen, in der Notrufbearbeitung und im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Einbringen neuer Ideen und moderner Lösungsansätze

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Projektmanagement, Gesundheitswesen, Rettungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitäts\- und/oder Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination von Projekten
  • Erfahrung im schweizerischen Rettungswesen, Gesundheitswesen oder in einer Notrufzentrale von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Veränderungen anzustossen und umzusetzen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchiestufen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
  • Affinität zu Digitalisierung und neuen Technologien
