The posting

Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Aktuariat und Maklern und sorgst dafür, dass aus einer Anfrage ein überzeugendes Angebot wird. Bei uns bringst du Unternehmen zu einer Vorsorgelösung, die wirklich zu ihnen passt, und lernst dabei die berufliche Vorsorge von der Offerte bis zum fertigen Anschluss kennen.

Deine Rolle

  • Du erstellst Offerten und Planvarianten, eng abgestimmt mit unserem Aktuariat und unseren Beraterinnen und Beratern im Vertrieb.
  • Du bearbeitest Ausschreibungen und Fragebogen von Maklern und stellst die nötigen Unterlagen zusammen.
  • Du erstellst Plan\- und Leistungsvergleiche sowie Präsentationsunterlagen, die überzeugen.
  • Du prüfst Antragsunterlagen, begleitest das Onboarding neuer Anschlüsse und erfasst Vertragsmutationen in unserem Verwaltungssystem.
  • Du pflegst und wertest unsere Vertriebsdaten im CRM aus und arbeitest beim Vertriebsreporting mit.
  • Du hältst Vertriebsunterlagen, Produktdokumentationen und Vorlagen aktuell und bringst dich in Vertriebsprojekte und Marketingaktivitäten ein.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Eine Weiterbildung in der beruflichen Vorsorge, zum Beispiel als Fachfrau oder Fachmann für Personalvorsorge mit eidg. Fachausweis, ist ein Plus.
  • Du bringst einige Jahre Erfahrung in der beruflichen Vorsorge mit, idealerweise im Offertwesen oder Verkaufsinnendienst.
  • Du kennst dich im BVG und im Überobligatorium gut aus.
  • Mit MS Office, vor allem Excel und PowerPoint, bist du sehr sicher unterwegs. Erfahrung mit einem CRM ist von Vorteil.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gut Deutsch. Französisch und Englisch sind ein Plus.
  • Du hast Freude an Zahlen und daran, Informationen klar und verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Du arbeitest exakt, strukturiert und speditiv und behältst auch bei Termindruck einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert und gerne Teil eines Teams.

Wir sind die GEMINI Sammelstiftung, eine unabhängige Schweizer Vorsorgeeinrichtung. Seit 1977 entwickeln wir für Unternehmen und ihre Mitarbeitenden massgeschneiderte, zukunftsorientierte Lösungen in der beruflichen Vorsorge.
