Darauf darfst du dich freuen:

  • Eigenständige Verarbeitung und Prüfung von Kreditoren\- und Debitorenrechnungen für unsere Kliniken in der Schweiz
  • Klärung von Differenzen und Beanstandungen aus der Fakturierung und die entsprechende Koordination von notwendigen Abklärungen mit internen und externen Stellen
  • Rechnungserstellung an externe Kunden und Leistungsempfänger
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen um die Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungen mitzugestalten
  • Fallbezogene Kreditorenrechnungen bearbeiten und eine korrekten Abwicklung/ Zuordnung für Rechnungen von medizinischem Material und Medikamenten sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft und als Stellvertretung einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherstellen

Darüber freuen wir uns:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Debitorenmanagement, Mahnwesen und Inkassoverfahren
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und ERP\-/ Finanzsystemen
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Interesse an Prozessoptimierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
