Deine Aufgaben

  • Tatkräftige Unterstützung rund um den Go\-Live von Abacus, insbesondere bei Abstimmungen, Abschlussarbeiten und fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Konsolidierung
  • Ansprechperson für interne und externe Partner bei finanziellen und steuerrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Begleitung der Nebenbücher bei komplexeren Aufgabenstellungen
  • Stellvertretungsaufgaben innerhalb der Finanzabteilung

Dein Profil

  • Vorausgesetzt werden gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der Finanzsoftware Abacus
  • Eidg. Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse insbesondere im Excel
  • Kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit rascher Auffassungsgabe
  • Exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Integrität
  • Sicheres, korrektes und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Dein zukünftiger Alltag

Für eine befristete Vertretung von circa sechs Monaten suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit fundiertem Wissen im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen. Als Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen bringst du deine Expertise vielseitig ein.

Im Hinblick auf die Einführung von Abacus per 1\. Januar 2027 wirkst du insbesondere während und nach dem Go\-Live aktiv mit. Du packst bei den vielfältigen anstehenden Arbeiten im Rechnungswesen tatkräftig mit an und bringst dabei dein Abacus\-Know\-how gezielt ein. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit deinen KollegInnen zusammen und stehst dem ganzen Team als kompetente Sparringpartnerin oder kompetenter Sparringpartner zur Seite.
