Das Familienunternehmen in 3\. Generation ist spezialisiert auf das Feuerverzinken, die Ausführung von Beschichtungen und Logistikleistungen sowie die Herstellung von Behältern und Gitterrosten. Wir suchen für unser Shared Service Center Team für den Standort Lotzwil per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachlich versierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die die Finanzbuchhaltung und Lohnverarbeitung unserer Schweizer Gesellschaften verantwortet. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Fachverantwortung für das Accounting und Payroll in der Schweiz.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ------------------

  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Finanzbuchhaltung der Schweizer Gesellschaften sowie Verantwortung für die Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse.
  • Koordination und Kontrolle der Lohnverarbeitung inklusive Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen und Jahresendarbeiten.
  • Gewährleistung der korrekten Abstimmung zwischen Payroll und Finanzbuchhaltung sowie der fristgerechten Erstellung der MWST\-Abrechnungen.
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson
  • Fachliche Begleitung unserer Stellvertretung beim Ausbau ihrer Kompetenzen sowie Förderung der selbstständigen Übernahme von Aufgaben.

Wir erwarten ------------

  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schweizer Rechnungswesen sowie in der Lohnverarbeitung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie im Bereich der Schweizer Sozialversicherungen und Mehrwertsteuer.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei der Betreuung mehrerer Gesellschaften den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Motivation, gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen, sowie die Bereitschaft, Fachwissen weiterzugeben.
