Zur Verstärkung unseres Support Teams im Bereich Zentrale Dienste \& ICT suchen wir in Solothurn / Olten ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Sie als

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Anfragen von Patientinnen und Patienten, Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Spitex und Kliniken
  • Unterstützung des Beratungsteams in allen administrativen Belangen der Heimtherapie
  • Erfassung von ärztlichen Verordnungen und Prüfung von Kostengutsprachen
  • Abklärungen und Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen
  • Koordination von Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Terminen für Sauerstoff\- und Schlafapnoegeräte sowie deren Zubehör
  • Vorbereitung der Rechnungsstellung und Überwachung offener Posten
  • Selbständiges Verwalten des elektronischen Patientendossiers

Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss als MPA, FaGe oder Pflegefachperson HF oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Vorzugsweise kaufmännische Weiterbildung oder Erfahrung in der Administration
  • Kenntnisse in der medizinischen Abrechnung und im Umgang mit Krankenkassen von Vorteil
  • Sie behalten auch an hektischen Tagen den Überblick und arbeiten genau und selbständig
  • Sie kommunizieren freundlich und sicher, am Telefon wie auch schriftlich
  • Gute PC\-Kenntnisse und Interesse an digitalen Abläufen
  • Fachwissen über Lungen\- und Atemwegserkrankungen von Vorteil, oder die Motivation, sich dieses anzueignen.
