Fachverantwortliche/r Finanzbuchhaltung (80 – 100 %)

Hauptaufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung sowie operative Mitarbeit, Koordination und Kontrolle der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemässen Führung von Kreditoren\-, Debitoren\-, Hauptbuch\-, Bank\- und Kassenbuchhaltung
  • Verantwortung für Abstimmungen, Liquiditätsüberwachung, Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie Auswertungen, Abrechnungen und Berichte
  • Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnung sowie Rückforderung der Verrechnungssteuer
  • Mitwirkung bei Abschlussarbeiten, Revisionen und Projekten im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Finalisierung und Optimierung der ERP\-Prozesse im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Einarbeitung und fachliche Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung

Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, z. B. Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen, oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Rechnungswesen (Abschlusssicherheit nach Obligationenrecht von Vorteil)
  • Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Verantwortung, Koordination und der fachlichen Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Hohe ERP\-Affinität, von Vorteil mit Kenntnissen in Comarch ERP
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
