Description du poste 

Urbagestion est une société indépendante installée en Suisse Romande et spécialisée dans la gestion de quartiers résidentiels. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d-un.e facility manager junior compétent.e pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion technique. La personne idéale est prête à prendre des responsabilités et à coordonner des effectifs. Son travail l-amènera notamment à assurer une gestion efficace de nos quartiers et immeubles, ainsi qu-à veiller au respect des diverses normes internes et externes. Notre facility manager junior doit disposer de connaissances techniques poussées en maintenance du bâtiment ainsi qu-en matière de sécurité et de réglementation de l-environnement. En outre, nous attendons de notre facility manager junior d-excellentes compétences en communication et une forte disponibilité, lesquelles lui permettront d-établir de bonnes relations avec l-ensemble de notre force de travail et avec les prestataires externes.

 

 Objectifs du poste : 

  • Assumer la responsabilité pour toutes les prestations de maintenance technique et infrastructurelle sur un site
  • Piloter l-ensemble des projets et travaux dans le cadre de la gestion de nos immeubles et de notre équipement
  • Conduire les négociations avec les prestataires externes
  • Préparer la documentation réglementaire sur site et les documents légaux correspondants
  • Compléter et organiser la documentation des immeubles sous gestion
  • Veiller à la conformité aux directives internes et au respect des dispositions légales
  • Établir des rapports sur votre périmètre d-activité et les fournir à la direction

 Missions principales :

  • Assurer la bonne réalisation et la qualité des maintenances et des travaux d-entretien effectués par nos prestataires externes
  • Superviser et travailler ensemble au quotidien avec l-équipe de techniciens et de concierges 
  • Effectuer de manière autonome des interventions de technique de premier niveau
  • Être disponible pour répondre à des appels de piquet en dehors des heures normales de travail
  • Accompagner les différents organismes de contrôle et les prestataires externes, veiller au respect des engagements contractuels, des coûts, des délais et des directives de sécurité
  • Assurer la formation technique de notre force de travail sur les thématiques en lien avec votre périmètre d-activité 
  • Signaler les anomalies et mettre en place des mesures correctives

 Compétences requises : 

  • Expérience professionnelle antérieure dans la gestion et la maintenance des bâtiments
  • Excellentes compétences de communication et sens du relationnel
  • Être capable de travailler de manière autonome et de prendre des initiatives
  • Connaissances étendues des réglementations et dispositions légales dans la maintenance des bâtiments
  • Maîtrise du Pack MS Office
