Facility Manager Produktion (m/w/d) ===================================

Deine Hauptaufgaben * Verantwortung und Koordination des integrierten Facility Managements für Produktions\-, Logistik\- und Bürobereiche * Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen, sicheren und effizienten Betriebs der gesamten Infrastruktur * Planung und Überwachung von präventiven sowie korrektiven Wartungsarbeiten an Gebäude\- und Versorgungssystemen * Koordination von Bau\-, Renovations\- und Infrastrukturprojekten * Führung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister inklusive Verträgen, SLAs und Leistungsüberwachung * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Einkauf und Finanzen * Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Versicherungen und externe Partner * Leitung von CAPEX\- und weiteren Facility\-Investitionsprojekten * Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer sowie zukunftsorientierter Lösungen * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Standards und Vorschriften wie GMP, ATEX, ISO 14001, AEO und SOX * Unterstützung im Krisenmanagement sowie bei der Risikoanalyse und \-minimierung * Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des Facility\- und Utility\-Budgets * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Anlagen und Infrastruktur zur Sicherstellung der Business Continuity Dein Profil * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Engineering (BSc oder höher) * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, idealerweise in einem Produktionsumfeld * Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Utilities, Infrastruktur und Compliance * Erfahrung im Projekt\- und Dienstleistermanagement * Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hands\-on\-Mentalität und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein Das darfst Du erwarten * Eine spannende Schlüsselposition in einem internationalen und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld * Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und die Möglichkeit, einen modernen Produktionsstandort aktiv weiterzuentwickeln * Ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld mit vielfältigen Karriere\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten * Attraktive Unterstützung bei deiner Work\-Life\-Balance, unter anderem mit einer 40\-Stunden\-Woche und einem Fitnesszuschuss * Individuelle Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten über interne Trainings, LinkedIn Learning und externe Weiterbildungen * Zugang zum Mitarbeitershop mit attraktiven Einkaufskonditionen * Vergünstigte \-Checks * Kostenlose Parkplätze * Ein modernes und zukunftsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und Sicherheit Bist du interessiert?
