Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Verantwortung und Koordination des integrierten Facility Managements für Produktions-, Logistik- und Bürobereiche
  • Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen, sicheren und effizienten Betriebs der gesamten Infrastruktur
  • Planung und Überwachung von präventiven sowie korrektiven Wartungsarbeiten an Gebäude- und Versorgungssystemen
  • Koordination von Bau-, Renovations- und Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Führung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister inklusive Verträgen, SLAs und Leistungsüberwachung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Einkauf und Finanzen
  • Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Versicherungen und externe Partner
  • Leitung von CAPEX- und weiteren Facility-Investitionsprojekten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer sowie zukunftsorientierter Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Standards und Vorschriften wie GMP, ATEX, ISO 14001, AEO und SOX
  • Unterstützung im Krisenmanagement sowie bei der Risikoanalyse und -minimierung
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des Facility- und Utility-Budgets
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Anlagen und Infrastruktur zur Sicherstellung der Business Continuity

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Engineering (BSc oder höher)
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, idealerweise in einem Produktionsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Utilities, Infrastruktur und Compliance
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Dienstleistermanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
