Facility Services Manager 80-100% \- Professionelle Betreuung und lösungsorientierte Beratung unserer Kund:innen sowie nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit \- Führung, Betreuung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Förderung einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit im Team \- Wirtschaftliche Führung der Mandate, Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Erreichung der vereinbarten Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsziele \- Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes einschliesslich Ferien- und Absenzenmanagement \- Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und Einführung neuer Mitarbeitender \- Organisation und Koordination von Aufträgen sowie Einführung neuer Objekte \- Laufende Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und betrieblichen Prozessen \- Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltstandards sowie Einleitung notwendiger Verbesserungsmassnahmen \- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie relevante Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management oder Betriebswirtschaft (HFP/HF/FH etc.) \- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management und in vergleichbarer Position \- Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu begleiten, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln \- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten \- Unternehmerisches Denken und gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Budgets und Kennzahlen \- Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, auch bei unterschiedlichen Anforderungen den Überblick zu behalten \- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  \- Führerausweis Kategorie B sowie Bereitschaft, innerhalb der Region Bern mobil unterwegs zu sein \- Breites Angebot an internen Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten \- 16 Wochen Mutterschutz \- Mitarbeiterfeiern und Wertschätzungsprogramme \- Teilzeitarbeit und Jobsharing: Flexible Arbeitsmodelle, die zu deinem Leben passen \- Attraktive eigene ISS Schweiz Pensionskasse \- Günstige Mobil-Abos von Swisscom für die ganze Familie \- Personal-Angebotsplattform mit attraktiven Vergünstigungen und Sonderkonditionen \- Strukturiertes Onboarding in der Anfangsphase
