Was du bei uns bewegst

  • Steuern des Pflegeprozesses bei psychiatrischen Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Ermitteln des Dienstleistungsbedarfs, Erstellen des Hilfe\- und Pflegeplans
  • Gewährleisten der fachgerechten Erbringung von Pflegeleistungen, Sicherstellen der differenzierten, systemischen und spezialisierten Pflege
  • Übernehmen von pflegerischen Einsätzen bei unseren Kundinnen und Kunden daheim
  • Durchführen von Interventionen und Führen der elektronischen Dokumentation
  • Fachliches Führen von Mitarbeitenden und Coachen in komplexen Pflegesituationen

Was du mitbringst

  • Grundausbildung Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertig mit SRK\-Anerkennung
  • Mehrjährige pflegerische Berufserfahrung\- Weiterbildung in Psychiatriepflege oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre)
  • Kompetentes Einschätzen von pflegerischen Situationen
  • Flair und Freude an administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
  • Gute IT Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft mit dem Velo unterwegs zu sein
