Sie leiten weltweit Installations- und Wartungseinsätze an gasisolierten Hochspannungs-Schaltanlagen und verantworten deren technische Umsetzung vor Ort.

## Aufgaben - Leitung multikultureller Baustellen weltweit für gasisolierte Schaltanlagen von 110 kV bis 550 kV - Verantwortung für Installation, Wartung und Reparatur unter Einhaltung vertraglicher Termine - Qualitätskontrolle der vor Ort ausgeführten Arbeiten und Beurteilung lokaler Hilfskräfte - Durchführen von Produktschulungen vor Ort während der Installation - Evaluierung und Minimierung von Risiken - Koordination und Anweisung von Arbeitskräften vor Ort - Kostenkontrolle der Ressourcen und regelmässiges Rapportieren an die Projektleitung

## Profil - Abgeschlossene Lehre in der Metallbau-, Elektro- oder Automobilbranche - Elektrotechnische Grundkenntnisse erforderlich, Weiterbildung von Vorteil - Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Montage- und Inbetriebsetzungsbereich - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, mindestens B2 - Bereitschaft zu internationalen Einsätzen mit bis zu 80 % Reisetätigkeit - Flexibler, belastbarer und kommunikativer Teamplayer
