Deine Mission

  • Verkaufsausbau & Neukundengewinnung: Du entwickelst die Wirtschaftsregion Winterthur gezielt weiter, erkennst Marktpotenziale und baust das regionale Netzwerk mit potenziellen Geschäftskontakten kontinuierlich aus, gewinnst gezielt neue Kunden und erweiterst deinen Kundenstamm kontinuierlich
  • Kundenbetreuung: Du betreust und berätst bestehende Kunden und entwickelst die Geschäftsbeziehungen nachhaltig weiter
  • Kundenentwicklung: Du führst professionelle Bedarfsabklärungen durch, präsentierst unsere Personaldienstleistungen überzeugend und entwickelst zielorientierte, individuelle Lösungen für unsere Kunden
  • Management: Du führst die Filiale Winterthur mit drei Mitarbeitenden und trägst die Verantwortung für deren nachhaltige und erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung

 

Dein Profil und Background

  • Background: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung. Ergänzende Weiterbildungen im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Personal sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalberatung ist zwingend
  • Auftritt: Als gewinnender Kommunikationsprofi überzeugst du durch deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, dein Verhandlungsgeschick, deinen starken Durchhaltewillen und deine sehr guten Menschenkenntnisse
  • Motivation: Du hast den Anspruch, eine ganze Region aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und nachhaltig erfolgreich zu machen
  • Macherqualitäten: Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Machermentalität sowie ein hohes Mass an Leistungs- und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft aus
  • Führung: Du hast bereits Teams geführt und bringst Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden mit
