Aufgaben --------

• Du führst deine Filiale mit Leidenschaft, unternehmerischem Denken und einem klaren Blick für das Wesentliche

• Du entwickelst, förderst und motivierst dein Team und schaffst eine Kultur, in der Zusammenarbeit, Eigenverantwortung und Begeisterung gelebt werden

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Umsatz, Budget, Kennzahlen und den nachhaltigen Erfolg deiner Filiale

• Du erkennst Potenziale, leitest Massnahmen ab und entwickelst deinen Store kontinuierlich weiter

• Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei jedem Besuch ein inspirierendes Einkaufserlebnis geniessen

• Du stellst sicher, dass Visual Merchandising, Warenmanagement und Store\-Standards jederzeit auf höchstem Niveau umgesetzt werden

• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Area Management sowie den Teams aus Buying, Visual Merchandising und HR zusammen und setzt unsere Unternehmensstrategie erfolgreich im Store um

Qualifikation -------------

• Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachperson EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Detailhandel – idealerweise in der Fashion\- oder Lifestylebranche

• Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine ausgeprägte Zahlen\- und Ergebnisorientierung

• Du verstehst es, Menschen zu fördern, Potenziale zu erkennen und Teams nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln

• Du überzeugst mit Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise

• Fashion, Trends und Lifestyle begeistern dich – und diese Begeisterung gibst du täglich an dein Team und unsere Kundschaft weiter
