* Du entwickelst deine Filiale strategisch und operativ – mit Weitblick und Hands\-on\-Mentalität

* Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden, baust nachhaltige Beziehungen auf und pflegst bestehende Partnerschaften

* Du bist regelmässig bei deinen Kunden vor Ort – präsent, beratend und verbindlich

* Du entwickelst und führst dein Team mit Klarheit, Energie und Leidenschaft – und machst Erfolge sichtbar

* Du übernimmst aktives Kandidatenmanagement: Du findest, begeisterst und betreust passende Talente für unsere Kunden

* Leadership\-Qualitäten, die Menschen mitreissen

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Lust auf Verantwortung

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung – idealerweise in einem kaufmännischen oder verwandten Beruf, Erfahrung in Recruiting von Vorteil

* Gute IT\-Kenntnisse – du fühlst dich in digitalen Tools und CRM\-Systemen zuhause

* Solide Fremdsprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch – für den professionellen Austausch mit Kunden, Kandidaten und Kolleg:innen
