Uroviva steht für ein modern geführtes medizinisches Netzwerk und umfasst eine Spezialklinik für Urologie, elf urologische Praxen sowie ein Andrologiezentrum. Neben der Urologie sind auch die Fachbereiche Gynäkologie und Onkologie bei uns vertreten. Mit jährlich rund 70'000 Konsultationen in Grund\-, Spezial\- und Notfallversorgung und über 5'000 Operationen aller Schweregrade ist Uroviva eine bedeutende Anbieterin urologischer Dienstleistungen in der Schweiz.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Abteilung FP\&A Controlling suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n engagierte/n

Finance Business Partner / 80 bis 100% (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting und Finanzplanung
  • Analyse von Geschäftsentwicklung, Rentabilität und Leistungskennzahlen
  • Leitung der REKOLE\-Berichterstattung und des Gesundheitscontrollings
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in finanziellen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung von Management\- und Verwaltungsreportings
  • Mitwirkung bei strategischen Projekten, Akquisitionen und Wachstumsinitiativen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Management\-Reportings von Power\-BI\-Lösungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finance Business Partnering oder Controlling
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen und Kenntnisse von REKOLE von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit VI\- und Reporting\-Tools, idealerweise BI
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um aus Zahlen konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken und hoher Beratungskompetenz
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
