Pour notre client, structure à taille humaine dans le domaine de l'investissement, nous cherchons un ou une Finance Manager pour venir renforcer le département suite à un congé. CDD puis fixe possible..

Finance Manager

Rattaché au directeur, vous êtes en charge de:

\- Assurer la tenue et le suivi des opérations de comptabilité bancaire. \- Participer aux clôtures comptables périodiques et à la préparation des états financiers. \- Garantir la fiabilité, l'exactitude et la cohérence des données comptables et financières. \- Préparer, contrôler et transmettre les reportings réglementaires à destination de la FINMA et de la BNS. \- Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires applicables aux établissements bancaires suisses. \- Participer au suivi des contrôles internes et à la maîtrise des risques liés aux activités comptables et financières. \- Contribuer à la préparation et au contrôle des déclarations fiscales pertinentes. \- Participer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des obligations liées aux dispositifs QI (Qualified Intermediary), FATCA et CRS.

Nous cherchons: \- 6 ans d'expérience minimum en comptabilité bancaire ; \- Excellente maitrise des reporting FINMA/BNS et états financiers bancaire ; \- Excellente maitrise d'Excel ; \- Bonnes connaissances en matière QI / FATCA / CRS ; \- Excellente connaissance en fiscalité bancaire suisse ; \- Langues : Français et Anglais ; \- Disponibilité rapide sur la fin de l'année \- Salaire à discuter, pas de télétravail

Notre candidat idéal sera capable de travailler sein d'une petite équipe où beaucoup de choses sont encore papier et pas toujours structurées.

Il est important de pouvoir être agile et de naviguer avec l'incertitude.
