Ihre Aufgaben Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei definierten Finance-Themen Mitwirkung bei Detail- und Trendanalysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Finance Business Partnern der verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche Weiterentwicklung und Konsolidierung des bestehenden Berichtswesens zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Datenbasis Erstellung des monatlichen finanziellen Reportings inklusive Aufbereitung und Präsentation für unterschiedliche Geschäftsbereiche Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Projekten - von strategischen Finanzmodellen über Marktanalysen bis hin zur Optimierung von Informationssystemen Ihr Profil Laufendes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder einem verwandten Studiengang (FH/Uni) Erste praktische Erfahrung im Finanzbereich von Vorteil (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten o. ä.) Gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau o. Ä.) Affinität zu Zahlen, analytisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Motivation, dich proaktiv einzubringen. Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
