Daten sind ein zentraler Bestandteil eines modernen Finanzcontrollings. Im Finanz- und Gruppencontrolling der CSS schaffen wir die Grundlagen für fundierte Entscheidungen und entwickeln unsere Reporting- und Datenlandschaft laufend weiter. In dieser neu geschaffenen Stelle verbindest du klassisches Finanzcontrolling mit deiner Begeisterung für Daten, moderne BI-Lösungen und effiziente Prozesse. Du hilfst mit, Excel-basierte Abläufe weiterzuentwickeln, Datenprozesse zu modernisieren und den Weg der CSS hin zu einem datengetriebenen Unternehmen aktiv mitzugestalten. Dabei erwarten dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, viel Gestaltungsspielraum und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen sowie Data Engineers. Wann lernen wir uns kennen?

So sieht dein Alltag aus ##

  • Zum Herzstück: Du entwickelst Datenprozesse und Reporting-Lösungen im Finanz- und Gruppencontrolling weiter. Dabei bringst du eigene Ideen ein und setzt sie gemeinsam mit dem Team um.
  • Du bleibst nah am Finanzgeschäft und unterstützt bei Hochrechnungen, Budgetierung, Jahresabschluss, Management- und Aufsichtsreporting sowie im Prämienprozess.
  • In Power BI entwickelst du aussagekräftige Dashboards und Reports - von der Datenaufbereitung und -modellierung über Power Query bis hin zu DAX.
  • Bei Abläufen, die aktuell noch auf Excel basieren, entwickelst du moderne Lösungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung, Tests und Einführung.
  • Gemeinsam mit Data Engineers entwickelst du Datenprodukte für das Finanzcontrolling und baust die Nutzung von Databricks weiter aus.
  • Mit deiner technischen und analytischen Expertise stärkst du Datenqualität, Datenmodellierung und Data-Governance und machst komplexe Zusammenhänge im Team verständlich.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du verstehst, wie aus Daten und Datenmodellen verlässliche Reportings werden und entwickelst daraus gerne Lösungen für die Praxis.
  • Du hast Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik studiert und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Wirtschaft und Controlling mit. Auch ein betriebswirtschaftlicher Hintergrund mit Weiterbildungen in Data, BI und Informatik ist willkommen.
  • Finanzbuchhaltung und Rechnungslegung sind dir vertraut. Kenntnisse im Kranken- oder Lebensversicherungsgeschäft sowie im Versicherungscontrolling sind ein Plus.
  • Im Umgang mit SQL bist du sicher und verfügst über Erfahrung mit Power BI. Idealerweise kennst du dich zudem gut mit Datenmodellierung, Power Query und DAX aus.
  • Bestehende Prozesse möchtest du mit modernen Tools weiterentwickeln. Anspruchsvolle Excel-Auswertungen gehören zunächst weiterhin zu deinem Arbeitsalltag. Erste Erfahrungen mit Databricks, ETL-Prozessen oder Datenpipelines sind ein grosser Vorteil.
  • Eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus. Komplexe Themen kannst du verständlich erklären und drückst dich schriftlich wie mündlich sehr gut auf Deutsch aus.
