  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und Kundenservice, von Vorteil: Lohnabrechnung
  • Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken
  • Organisationsstärke und Genauigkeit
  • Englischkenntnisse

Dafür bist Du zuständig

Finanz:

  • Durchführung und Kontrolle laufender Bankenbuchungen
  • Betreuung der Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Bearbeitung von Spesen\- und Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen
  • Betreuung des Zeitwirtschaftssystem
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung der Lohnabrechnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Treuhänder

Vertriebs\- und Unternehmensadministration:

  • Verantwortung der Telefonzentrale
  • Pflege von Kunden\- und Stammdaten
  • Organisation von Meetings, Reisen und Veranstaltungen
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und administrative Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung
