Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, einem etablierten Unternehmen im technischen Dienstleistungsumfeld, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Finanzbuchhalter/in 50-80%. Die Unternehmung steht für Qualität, moderne Arbeitsmittel, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld. Der Arbeitsort im Raum Olten ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie sind für die Haupt- und Nebenbücher, sowie für die korrekte Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle verantwortlich
  • Die selbständige Lohnbuchhaltung für zwei Abteilungen sowie die Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Bei der Budgetierung, Forecast- und Liquiditätsplanung wirken Sie mit und erstellen Finanzberichte, Kennzahlen und Auswertungen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Sie analysieren Abweichungen, erstellen Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und unterstützen bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Finanzprozesse

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über einen eigd. Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung sowie gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungswesen sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Abacus, sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und Freude an der Teamarbeit zeichnen Sie aus
