Vous maîtrisez les clôtures et souhaitez assumer plus de responsabilités ? Un poste polyvalent en comptabilité vous attend, avec la suppléance de la direction des finances.

Pour notre client, une entreprise de services du secteur public, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord un comptable financier/une comptable financière avec fonction de suppléance de la cheffe des finances. L-entreprise offre un environnement de travail stable et polyvalent avec des processus décisionnels courts. Vous ferez partie d-une équipe rodée de quatre personnes et occuperez une fonction centrale au sein de la comptabilité.

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur :

  • Vous gérez de manière autonome le grand livre et assurez une comptabilité financière correcte et transparente
  • Les rapprochements de comptes, les reclassements ainsi que la coordination de différentes interfaces font partie de votre domaine de responsabilité
  • En tant que suppléant(e) technique de la direction comptabilité, vous assumez progressivement des responsabilités supplémentaires et représentez la direction pour des questions et tâches spécialisées exigeantes
  • Vous participez activement à la clôture annuelle selon le CO ainsi qu-au processus budgétaire, élaborez des analyses et préparez les audits externes
  • Les déclarations de TVA, l-impôt anticipé ainsi que le rapprochement des comptes bancaires relèvent de votre responsabilité
  • En collaboration avec la direction comptabilité, vous soutenez la planification de la liquidité, le financement et la gestion des flux financiers
  • Si nécessaire, vous assurez la suppléance dans le domaine des débiteurs et soutenez d-autres processus au sein de la comptabilité

 

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur :

  • Vous disposez d-une formation commerciale de base ainsi que, idéalement, du brevet fédéral en finance et comptabilité ou d-une formation continue équivalente
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en finance et comptabilité ainsi qu-une solide expérience en grand livre
  • Vous maîtrisez les clôtures et souhaitez évoluer vers la suppléance de la cheffe des finances
  • Des connaissances en comptabilité publique et HRM2 sont un avantage, alternativement vous avez travaillé dans une entreprise de services
  • Une partie de votre expérience dans le domaine financier a été acquise à l-aide du système Abacus
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, précise et responsable et gardez une vue d-ensemble même face à des questions complexes
  • Les processus numériques vous intéressent et vous apportez volontiers vos propres idées d-optimisation
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance en allemand et appréciez le travail en équipe restreinte et collégiale
