Die Merian Iselin Klinik ist eine hochmoderne Privatklinik mit öffentlichem Leistungsauftrag in Basel. Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen in den Fachbereichen Orthopädie, Chirurgie und Urologie. Bei uns finden Sie eine sinnhafte Tätigkeit in einem familiären Umfeld, in dem die Menschen im Zentrum stehen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ##

  • Führen des Hauptbuches der Mutter- sowie Tochtergesellschaften, inkl. Vornahme der IC-Abstimmungen
  • Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER, inkl. Finanzbericht, Kennzahlen und diverser Reportings, Konzern MIS und Tochtergesellschaften
  • Führen der Anlagebuchhaltung nach REKOLE und Swiss GAAP FER
  • Erstellen der quartalsweisen MWST-Abrechnung, inkl. Jahresabstimmung
  • Prüfung von Investitions- und Projektbudgets sowie Mithilfe beim Gesamtbudget
  • Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung und Prüfung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
  • Administrative Unterstützung sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Stellvertretung/Unterstützung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbewirtschaftung (ca. 30%)

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen bzw. BWL-Studium (z.B. Fachfrau/-mann Finanz- und Rechnungswesen/Experte für Rechnungslegung und Controlling, dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer oder gleichwertiges)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, von Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel)
  • Sie überzeugen durch selbstständige, engagierte und exakte Arbeitsweise, rasche Auffassungsgabe, Belastbarkeit auch in hektischen Zeiten und sind zudem eine teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und vernetztes Denken
  • Offen, kommunikativ, schätzen den Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
