Wir unterstützen unsere Kundin, ein etabliertes und regional verankertes Unternehmen im Gesundheitswesen, bei der Suche nach einer erfahrenen Persönlichkeit für den Finanzbereich. In dieser befristeten Funktion übernehmen Sie eine zentrale im Jahresabschlussprozess und stellen sicher, dass die erforderlichen Abschlussarbeiten und Dokumentationen termingerecht und qualitativ einwandfrei umgesetzt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Operative Verantwortung für den Jahresabschlussprozess in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leiterin und der stellvertretenden Leiterin Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Bearbeitung und Bereinigung der offenen Pendenzen aus dem Management Letter zum Zwischenabschluss
  • Definition und Umsetzung des Abschlussprozesses auf Basis der bestehenden Aufgabenliste
  • Vollständige und nachvollziehbare Abstimmung sämtlicher Bestandes\- und Bilanzkonten
  • Neustart des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) mit Fokus auf die 20 wichtigsten Kontrollen
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen, strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation aller relevanten Abschlussarbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Weiterbildung als Expert in Rechnungslegung und Controlling, Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (z. B. Bachelor FH) mit langjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, bei Jahresabschlüssen und in der Kontenabstimmung
  • Äusserst selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Fähigkeit, operative Aufgaben effizient und pragmatisch umzusetzen sowie Prioritäten sicher zu setzen
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige und termingerechte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse der Software OPALE von Vorteil
