À la Banque cantonale de Glaris, il s'agit précisément d'accompagner nos clients de manière globale dans les domaines du financement, des placements, de la prévoyance, des impôts et de la succession - et pour cela, nous recherchons une personnalité engagée pour renforcer notre équipe à Glaris.

Dans un environnement de travail dynamique et soutenant, vous avez la chance de développer vos compétences et de gérer et développer de manière autonome votre propre portefeuille clients. Conseiller en financement (h/f) - Agence de Glaris #

Vos tâches : ##

  • Gestion autonome d-un portefeuille clients privés avec un accent sur le financement
  • Conseil global dans les domaines des placements, de la prévoyance, des impôts et de la succession avec le soutien d-experts spécialisés
  • Assurer une grande satisfaction client grâce à un accompagnement professionnel et durable
  • Entretien et développement du portefeuille clients existant avec une forte profondeur relationnelle
  • Suivi constant des évolutions du marché immobilier

Votre profil : ##

  • Apprentissage commercial bancaire ou formation équivalente complétée par une formation continue, par exemple en tant que planificateur/trice financier/ère, conseiller/ère financier/ère
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du financement
  • Compétences en vente et en négociation
  • Assurer une grande satisfaction client grâce à un accompagnement professionnel et durable
  • Compétences sociales prononcées, résistance au stress, flexibilité et grande autonomie
  • Ancrage régional et connaissance du marché local
