Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit (60–80%) als: Finanzverwalter/in oder Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzen mit Potenzial zur Übernahme der Leitung

In dieser zentralen Funktion tragen Sie wesentlich zur finanziellen Führung und Stabilität der Gemeinde bei. Sie verfügen bereits über Erfahrung als Finanzverwalter/in – oder Sie sind als Sachbearbeiter/in im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen tätig und möchten sich zur Leitung der Finanzverwaltung weiterentwickeln?

Beides ist bei uns möglich: Wir begleiten Sie mit einer sorgfältigen Einarbeitung und unterstützen Sie gezielt auf dem Weg zur Übernahme der Leitung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Leitung der Finanzverwaltung mit Budgetierung, Finanzplanung und Jahresabschluss
  • Verantwortung für die Liquiditätsplanung
  • Vorbereitung von Finanzgeschäften zuhanden Gemeinderat und Gemeindeversammlung
  • Mitarbeit bei Investitionsprojekten und dem Finanzcontrolling
  • Führen der Gehaltsadministration
  • Beratung der Finanzkommission (inkl. Sitzungsteilnahme)
  • fachliche Führung einer erfahrenen/langjährigen Sachbearbeiterin auf der Finanzverwaltung

Wir erwarten:

  • Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Kaufmännische oder äquivalente/höherwertige Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (Diplom als Finanzverwalter/in oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung (HRM2))
  • Erfahrung im öffentlichen Rechnungswesen oder in den Gemeindefinanzen von Vorteil
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Abacus) und einen sicheren Umgang in der Bearbeitung von Daten/Zahlen
  • selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • eine motivierte, teamorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Freude am Kontakt mit der Bevölkerung und Behörden
