--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Formateur /Formatrice -- Support logiciel Solutions Sadies DIR, MobiDIR et NewDIR --- Formateur /Formatrice -- Support logiciel Solutions Sadies DIR, MobiDIR et NewDIR ================================================================================== Spécialisée dans le développement de systèmes d'informations destinées aux établissements médico\\-sociaux (EMS) de Suisse romande, Sadies SA recherche, afin de renforcer son équipe et d'accompagner ses clients dans l'utilisation de ses solutions de dossier informatisé du résident, un ou une : Formateur /Formatrice -- Support logiciel Solutions Sadies DIR, MobiDIR et NewDIR Vos tâches principales : •Animer des formations adaptées aux besoins et au niveau des participants •Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des logiciels DIR, MobiDIR et newDIR •Assurer le support aux utilisateurs : répondre à leurs questions, analyser les difficultés rencontrées et les aider à les résoudre •Participer à la mise à jour des supports de formation et des guides utilisateurs •Recueillir les besoins des utilisateurs et collaborer avec l'équipe interne pour améliorer les outils et leur utilisation. Votre profil : •Vous avez le goût de la transmission et faites preuve de pédagogie, de patience et d'écoute •Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et appréciez le contact avec les utilisateurs •Vous savez adapter vos explications à différents publics •Une formation ou une expérience dans les soins constitue un atout, notamment pour comprendre les pratiques et les besoins des équipes •La connaissance du DIR, MobiDIR et newDIR constitue également un atout •Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et disposé(e) à vous déplacer auprès de nos clients en Suisse romande Nous offrons : •Un cadre de travail moderne et dynamique •Activité motivante dans une équipe de taille humaine •Des prestations sociales attractives •La possibilité d'aménager une partie de son emploi du temps avec du télétravail Une activité associant formation, outils informatiques et contact avec les professionnels du secteur médico\\-social ainsi qu'un accompagnement pour maîtriser nos solutions.
