Formateur/Instructeur 80\-100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Animer des formations théoriques et pratiques destinées aux professionnels
  • Former les participants à l'utilisation sécurisée des engins de levage, nacelles et équipements de travail en hauteur
  • Évaluer les acquis et accompagner les apprenants dans leur progression
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des réglementations en vigueur
  • Préparer les supports pédagogiques et adapter les contenus selon les besoins des groupes
  • Participer au développement de nouvelles offres de formation
  • Continuer à développer vos compétences en vous formant à de nouveaux modules d'instruction

Profil

  • Titulaire du BFFA Module 1, indispensable
  • Formation et expérience confirmée dans le domaine du transport
  • Expérience dans la formation, l'encadrement ou la transmission de savoirs constitue un atout majeur
  • Excellentes capacités de communication orale et aisance relationnelle
  • Sens de la pédagogie, enthousiasme et capacité à motiver différents publics
  • Flexible, autonome, motivé à vous former et à développer de nouvelles compétences techniques et pédagogiques
