Fondée en 1904, la Fédération vaudoise des entrepreneurs est la plus importante association patronale romande des métiers de la construction. Ancrée dans la réalité du terrain, elle défend les intérêts des entreprises du gros œuvre, second œuvre et construction métallique, à qui elle propose de nombreuses prestations avec ses entités, la Caisse AVS et l’Ecole de la construction.

Afin de renforcer notre service Formation continue au Centre de formation des métiers de la construction à Echallens, nous recherchons un\-e

Formateur\-rice Machiniste 80%\-100%

Vos missions et tâches principales

Formation et encadrement

  • Dispenser des formations de machinistes M1 à M7 et autres formations en lien avec notre catalogue (parcours de sécurité, nacelles, chariots, etc.)
  • Assurer l’animation de cours théoriques et pratiquesEncadrer les participants et garantir un cadre d’apprentissage sécurisé
  • Évaluer les compétences des participants et fournir des retours constructifsIntervenir en tant qu’expert·e lors des examens pratiques
  • Garantir l’objectivité et la conformité des évaluations
  • Participer à l’amélioration des processus d’évaluation

Développement des formations

* Participer à la conception de nouvelles formations en lien avec les besoins du secteur

Entretien du parc de machines

  • Veiller à l’entretien courant et au bon fonctionnement des machines et équipements
  • Identifier les besoins en maintenance, réparation ou renouvellement

Amélioration continue

  • Participer activement à l’amélioration continue du service dans le cadre notamment de la certification interne
  • Être proactif sur des propositions d’améliorations facilitant le travail interne et externe
  • Proposer des améliorations continue sur les procédures en cours dans le service
  • Proposer des supports facilitant l’accès aux informations pour les entreprises

Evénements externes – représentations

  • Représenter le service dans le cadre d’événements externes en lien avec la formation continue
  • Représenter le service dans le cadre d’événements externes pour la promotion des métiers de la construction.

Votre profil

  • Permis indispensables : M1 et M2 depuis au moins 5 ans (obligatoire)
  • Permis M3 à M7, nacelle, chariot élévateur, grue ou camion grue \= un plus
  • Solde expériences professionnelle dans le domaine de la construction en Suisse
  • Connaissances en mécanique de machines de chantier \= un plus
  • Expérience avérée en tant que formateur d'adulte, en possession du Certificat FSEA (dans le cas contraire : obligation de le suivre)
  • Connaissances de base de la suite Microsoft 360
  • Parfaite maitrise du français
  • Dynamisme, autonomie, esprit d’équipe, flexibilité, sens des responsabilités, fiabilité, rigueur
  • Orienté service
