Notre équipe DYS, TDA\-H, TSA est composée de formateur·trices\-coachs engagés et spécialisés dans l’accompagnement de ces troubles. Partenaires des offices AI, et alignés sur des valeurs de bienveillance, respect de la personne et égalité des chances, nous proposons un programme spécifique visant à soutenir des étudiant·e·s, apprenti·e·s et adultes en réinsertion professionnelle dans leur parcours de formation.

Notre mission est d’accompagner chaque apprenant·e avec professionnalisme, empathie et répondant au plus près de ses besoins, aspirations et ressources.

Afin de renforcer nos équipes dans les régions de Vevey, Lausanne et Nyon, nous recherchons des formateur·trices\-coachs DYS souhaitant consacrer une partie de leur activité professionnelle à l’accompagnement de personnes présentant des troubles d’apprentissage.

Formateur·trice \- coach -----------------------------

Vous disposez d’une bonne compréhension des troubles d’apprentissage et d’une expérience dans l’accompagnement. Vous êtes au bénéfice d’un brevet d’enseignement, du FSEA 1 ou d’une expérience équivalente.

Vous maîtrisez l’électricité, les métiers de la construction et les mathématiques avancées (niveau gymnase — mathématiques renforcées) et êtes en mesure d’accompagner les apprenant·e·s dans la rédaction de travaux écrits de fin de formation (TPA, TPI, TM, TPL…).

Vous faites preuve d’ouverture d’esprit, de patience et de bienveillance, appréciez les contacts humains et souhaitez\-vous engager auprès de personnes rencontrant des difficultés d’apprentissage.

Vous êtes capable d’adapter votre accompagnement aux besoins d’apprenant·e·s aux profils variés, de travailler avec rigueur et autonomie, tout en vous inscrivant dans un cadre institutionnel structuré et un esprit de collaboration.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques usuels et avec le système de formation romand du secondaire II.

Vous faites preuve d’un bon esprit de synthèse et de capacités rédactionnelles pour la rédaction de comptes rendus et de rapports.

Vous êtes disponible pour assurer au minimum 3 à 5 missions hebdomadaires (environ 8 heures), principalement en fin d’après\-midi ou en début de soirée, et vous êtes mobile. Ces missions s’inscrivent toutefois dans un cadre flexible, lié aux mandats confiés, et ne garantissent pas un volume d’heures fixe.
