Avec nos plus de 560 collaborateurs, le Centre médico\-social régional de Sierre (Association intercommunale) a pour mission d’offrir différents services à l’ensemble de la population des 11 communes membres. Nos principales prestations couvrent des domaines variés, comme notamment l’aide et les soins à domicile, l’action sociale, l’emploi, la prévention et l’accueil de l’enfance.

Votre profil

  • Formation dans le domaine de l’insertion socioprofessionnelle, du FIDE (un atout), complétée par le module 1 de formateur d’adultes (FSEA)
  • Expérience confirmée dans l’accompagnement de personnes en insertion socio\-professionnelle
  • Expérience dans l’animation de formations de français orientées vers l’emploi et/ou de compétences de base (un atout)
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles : communication claire, écoute active, posture de soutien et d’accompagnement
  • Esprit créatif orienté solutions, capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Capacité à analyser les besoins individuels et à adapter les contenus pédagogiques en fonction des objectifs d’insertion
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et numériques (TIC, plateformes de formation, outils bureautiques)
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, avec aisance dans la rédaction de rapports de suivi et d’évaluation

Votre mission

  • Accompagner les participants adressés par les mandants (ORP, services sociaux, OAI) dans le développement de compétences linguistiques, professionnelles et transversales
  • Animer des cours théoriques et pratiques en collectif, notamment en français à visée socioprofessionnelle
  • Assurer un accompagnement individuel et collectif dans les démarches de recherche d’emploi, notamment à travers des entretiens de coaching
  • Collaborer activement avec les entreprises partenaires et participer au suivi de stages ou de placements
  • Rédiger des rapports et évaluations à destination des mandants
