Als Forward Deployed Engineer bringst du modernste AI\-, Agentic\- und Automatisierungslösungen direkt von der Idee in den produktiven Versicherungseinsatz. Eingebettet in strategische Initiativen und Fachbereiche (z. B. Leistungen, Kundenservice oder Underwriting) schlägst du die Brücke zwischen modernster Technologie und unseren Kernsystemen. Mit deiner Hands\-on\-Entwickler\-Power überwindest du Integrationshürden und sorgst dafür, dass innovative Lösungen nicht in der Sandbox versanden, sondern messbaren Mehrwert für unsere Versicherten und Mitarbeitenden schaffen.

Was du bewegst:

  • End\-to\-End Delivery: Technische Umsetzung von AI\- und Automatisierungslösungen von Scoping und Prototyping bis zum Go\-Live im Fachbereich
  • Core\- \& Cloud\-Integration: Anbindung von LLMs und Agenten an Kernsysteme (z. B. Syrius), Google Cloud, APIs und Kafka
  • Production\-grade AI \& Guardrails: Aufbau robuster Workflows mit Modell\-Evaluierung, Guardrails und DSG\-Compliance für geschäftskritische Prozesse
  • Fachbereichs\-Sparring: Übersetzung komplexer Business\-Logik in Code und Befähigung der Squads zur selbständigen Weiterentwicklung
  • Pattern \& Scaling: Überführung wiederkehrender Lösungen in wiederverwendbare Software\-Bausteine und Best Practices

Weshalb dir das gelingt:

  • Software Engineering: Mehrjährige Praxis im Schreiben von produktionsreifem Code (Full\-Stack, idealerweise mit , TypeScript oder Java)
  • AI\- \& Data\-Stack: Erfahrung mit RAG, LLM\-Orchestrierung (z. B. LangGraph), SQL und modernen Schnittstellen (REST, Events)
  • Cloud \& DevOps: Sicherer Umgang mit Cloud\-Infrastruktur (bevorzugt GCP), Docker, Kubernetes und CI/CD\-Pipelines
  • Ownership\-Mindset: Pragmatischer Hands\-on\-Drive, Freude am schnellen Prototyping und Fokus auf messbaren Mehrwert statt reiner Theorie
  • Kommunikation: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch für den direkten Austausch mit Fachbereich und IT
