Freelance Handelsagent/in (100 % auf Provisionsbasis) – Premium Nagellack LONDONTOWN ======================================================================================

Wer sind wir? Ducos GmbH (Zug) ist die exklusive Schweizer Importeurin von Londontown, einer preisgekrönten US\-Premiummarke für Nagellack und Nagelpflege. Die Marke ist bereits seit 2017 im Markt etabliert. Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Vertriebs suchen wir selbständige Agentinnen und Agenten in mehreren Regionen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau neuer Verkaufspunkte in Drogerien, Apotheken sowie Nagelstudios
  • Einführung bei Neukunden: Display einrichten, Team schulen
  • Betreuung Ihrer Kunden mit mindestens 2 Besuchen pro Jahr
  • Vorstellung der Neuheiten nach unseren Präsentationen in Zürich (Frühling / )
  • Kurzer Quartalsrapport

Ihre Vergütung – transparent und ohne Obergrenze

  • CHF 300 Prämie pro Neueröffnung (Erstbestellung ab CHF 1'000 netto)
  • 10 / 12 / 15 % Provision auf den Jahresumsatz jedes Ihrer Kunden, ab der ersten Bestellung
  • Optional, je nach Region: Übernahme eines bestehenden Kundenstamms

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Aussendiensterfahrung in Beauty, Drogerie, Coiffure oder verwandten Branchen
  • Bestehendes Kundennetzwerk in Ihrer Region
  • Selbständig erwerbend mit AHV\-Anschluss (oder bereit, diesen einzurichten)
  • Eigenes Fahrzeug, unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Keine konkurrierenden Nagellack\- oder Nagelpflegemarken im Portfolio
  • Deutsch fliessend; für die Westschweiz ösisch

Nicht gesucht werden Personen, die eine Festanstellung mit Fixlohn suchen, sowie Profile ohne Aussendiensterfahrung.

Regionen: Zürich/Schaffhausen, Ostschweiz, Zentralschweiz, Nordwestschweiz, Bern/Westschweiz, Graubünden, Tessin

Ablauf

  • Wir prüfen alle eingehende Bewerbungen.
  • Passt ihr Profil, erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit, einen 30 Minuten Termin zu buchen für ein Erstgespräch per Zoom.
  • In einem nächsten Schritt führen Sie uns ein Verkaufsgespräch, so wie es beim Kunden ablaufen würde.
  • Bei gegenseitigem Interesse besprchen wir den Agenturvertrag und das Gebiet.
