Einleitung

Für einen internationalen Hotelbetrieb in zentraler Lage wird eine Position am Front Office neu besetzt. Die Funktion vereint Gästebetreuung, Organisation und Kommunikation in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit Gästen aus aller Welt. Gesucht wird eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne Gastgeberin oder Gastgeber ist und auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick behält.

Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest Gäste professionell vom Check-in bis zum Check-out und sorgst für einen positiven Aufenthalt
  • Du betreust nationale und internationale Gäste persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Housekeeping, Reservation, Verkauf und Gastronomie
  • Du bearbeitest Gästewünsche und Anfragen selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du arbeitest in Früh-, Mittel- und Spätdiensten und unterstützt einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Empfang
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Servicequalität und Gästezufriedenheit jederzeit auf hohem Niveau bleiben

Profil

  • Du hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen und bist eine echte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig
  • Du behältst auch in hektischen Situationen Ruhe und Professionalität
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln und Hotelsoftware
  • Du bringst Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft mit
