Das ibis Bern Expo und das ibis budget Bern Expo bieten modernen Komfort für Geschäfts- und Freizeitreisende in unmittelbarer Nähe zur BERNEXPO und dem Stadtzentrum. Gemeinsam verfügen die beiden Hotels über 218 funktional und komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Gäste profitieren von einer einladenden Atmosphäre, einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksangebot sowie einer 24-Stunden-Bar im ibis Bern Expo – ideal für einen entspannten Ausklang des Tages oder eine kleine Erfrischung zwischendurch.

Neun moderne, klimatisierte und teilweise modulierbare Seminar- und Konferenzräume bieten den idealen Rahmen für Meetings, Seminare, Konferenzen und Events mit bis zu 200 Personen. Diese befinden sich im Novotel Bern Expo, das sich im selben Gebäude befindet.

Der grösste Adventure Room von Bern - «Speakeasy» - ist ebenfalls bei uns zu Hause.

Das ist dein Ding:

-Freude an deiner Arbeit zu haben -Du bist «Partner» unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste -Check-ins, Check-outs -Reservationsannahme und bearbeiten der mehrsprachigen Korrespondenz -Schicht-Verantwortung inkl. Kassenführung -Verschiedene administrative Aufgaben

Was du mitbringst: -Der Umgang mit Menschen fällt dir leicht und macht dir Spass -Ausbildung im Hotelfach und kaufmännischen Bereich -Erste Erfahrungen mit Rezeptions- oder administrativen Arbeiten hast du bereits gesammelt -Du bist ein Sprachtalent und sprichst Deutsch und Englisch -Lachen gehört zu dir -Wir können auf dich zählen, du bist pünktlich, schnell und flexibel
