Der Hotelkomplex Zürich City West vereint drei Hotelmarken von AccorHotels – Novotel, ibis, ibis budget – und bietet mit 459 Zimmern Platz für rund 1’000 Gäste. Das 4-Sterne Business Hotel Novotel Zürich City West verfügt über 144 Zimmer, davon 5 Suiten. In unserem Restaurant „The Flave“ servieren wir à la carte Gerichte und Menüs, die lokale Einflüsse mit mediterraner Eleganz verbinden. Ergänzt wird unser Angebot durch eine Bar, 5 Seminar- und Banketträume, zwei Escape Rooms sowie ein Hallenbad mit Fitnessraum.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Front-Office-Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Front Office Agent (w/m/d) im Vollzeitpensum 100%.

Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören: • Check-In und Check-Out sowie die herzliche Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste • Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Gruppen An- und Abreisen • Allgemeine Concierge-Tätigkeiten und Beantwortung eingehender Telefonanrufe • Entgegennahme und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Gästeanliegen • Zimmerzuteilung, Abreisekontrolle, Kassenführung, Rechnungslegung und weitere spannende Aufgaben

Anforderungen: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss von Vorteil • Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und hohe Serviceorientierung
