Aufgrund des stetig wachsenden Unternehmens und weiteren geplanten Standorten möchten wir unser junges und dynamisches Team erweitern. Aus diesem Grund suchen wir für unser Front Office & Reservation Team nach Vereinbarung eine/n motivierte/n

Front Office & Reservation Agent (m/w) 80% - 100%

Als aufgeschlossene und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit beraten Sie unsere Gäste herzlich und professionell an allen Standorten per Telefon und per E-Mail. Unsere Gäste sollen sich rundum wohl fühlen in einem CITY STAY Apartment. Sie erstellen Apartment Angebote und führen Apartmentbesichtigungen mit Firmen, privat Kunden und Relocation Unternehmen durch. Sie betreuen mit Ihren sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen selbständig Check-In sowie Check-Out der Gäste, beantworten Gästeanfragen, gehen auf die Wünsche ein, um das passende Apartment für Ihren Aufenthalt zu finden und erledigen das Daily Business der Rezeption sowie der Reservierung. Sie machen Kassenabschlüsse und betreuen die Apartmentgäste während Ihres gesamten Aufenthaltes. Ein spannender und abwechslungsreicher Alltag mit einer «Hands on» Mentalität, erwartet Sie in den Bereichen Front Office und Reservation. Aufgabenbereich • Kundenfreundliche Abwicklung von Check-In und Check-Out an den verschiedenen Standorten • Unterstützung des Front Office & Reservation Managers in allen Belangen • Annahme und Beratung von Apartmentanfragen per Telefon/E-Mail/OTA • Einbuchen von Reservierungen sowie Services • Apartmentbesichtigungen mit den Gästen/Firmen • Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen in vorbildlicher Weise • Telefondienst • Verbuchen von Gästezahlungen • E-Mail / Telefonanfragen in Deutsch und Englisch bearbeiten • Eigenständige Kassenführung • Lost&Found Kontrolle, vergessene Artikel von Gästen verschicken • Tagesabschluss erstellen Anforderungen • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie / Tourismus Branche • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Sicheres Auftreten sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit Gästen und Mitarbeitenden • Selbständige, strukturierte und flexible Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie Diskretion in vertraulichen Angelegenheiten • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten sind für Sie Selbstverständlich • Flexibilität bezüglich Ihrer Arbeitseinsätze • Fehlerfreie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was wir bieten • Wir bieten Ihnen eine nicht alltägliche und äusserst vielseitige, aber auch anspruchsvolle Herausforderung in einem jungen Team • übertarifliches Gehalt • eigener Laptop • Moderne Arbeitsplätze mit guter Infrastruktur sowie zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen
