Nous recherchons un assistant d'apprentissage enthousiaste et bien qualifié pour rejoindre l'équipe primaire de GES à partir du 2 novembre 2026 ##

 

Responsabilités clés d'un assistant d'apprentissage chez GES :

  • Diriger des sessions de phonétique en petits groupes avec les élèves
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'enseignant de la classe pour comprendre ce qui est requis pour chaque leçon et quel soutien spécifique est nécessaire pour les groupes d'élèves identifiés.
  • Soutenir les élèves dans leur apprentissage en : clarifiant et expliquant les consignes ; en veillant à ce que les enfants puissent utiliser le matériel et les équipements fournis ; en motivant et encourageant ; en aidant à la gestion du comportement ; en aidant à l'enseignement de la lecture, de l'écriture, de l'expression orale, de l'orthographe, de l'écriture manuscrite, de la présentation, des mathématiques et d'autres matières du programme ; en aidant les enfants à se concentrer et à terminer le travail donné ; en développant des méthodes pour promouvoir et renforcer la confiance et l'estime de soi des enfants.
  • Faire un retour aux enseignants de toute information pertinente pour aider l'apprentissage des enfants.
  • Communiquer avec les enseignants au sujet des enfants ayant des besoins d'apprentissage spécifiques ou posant des problèmes d'apprentissage.
  • Effectuer les tâches administratives et de supervision de manière efficace et consciencieuse
  • Agir conformément aux politiques de l'école et en particulier aux principes énoncés dans le Code de conduite du personnel, la Politique d'utilisation acceptable des TIC et la Politique de protection et de sauvegarde de l'enfance.

Pour ce poste, nous prendrions en compte les qualités et expériences spécifiques suivantes :

 

  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement scolaire anglophone
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais 
  • Une passion pour travailler avec les enfants afin de développer leur confiance et leur compréhension dans un contexte scolaire et éducatif.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les élèves, les parents et les collègues et à travailler en équipe collaborative
  • Posséder un permis de travail valide et à jour pour la Suisse
  • Un engagement envers la protection formelle et professionnelle de tous les membres de la communauté scolaire
