Die Software Brauerei entwickelt massgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen für Unternehmen – mit einem Team hochtalentierter Developer.

Keine Komm\-und\-Geh\-Zeiten\-Kontrolle, keine Überreglementierung. Nur exzellente Arbeit und eine Just Fucking Do It\-Mentalität.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Du übernimmst Projekte eigenständig – vom ersten Kundenworkshop über Architektur und Umsetzung bis zum Go\-Live und Betrieb.
  • Du sitzt direkt mit dem Kunden am Tisch. Bei uns ist jeder Developer auch Berater. Kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheide, keine Stille\-Post\-Ketten.
  • Du entwickelst Web\- und Mobile\-Lösungen, Portale, Schnittstellen und SAP\-Integrationen für Enterprise\-Kunden und die öffentliche Hand.
  • Du bringst AI dorthin, wo sie echten Mehrwert schafft – in die Produkte unserer Kunden und in unsere eigene zu arbeiten.
  • Du entscheidest mit, welche Technologie wir einsetzen. Cutting\-edge ja, Hype\-Driven\-Development nein.

Über AI – ein offenes Wort

Früher stand an dieser Stelle: «We do not need debuggers.» Das Problem hat sich erledigt. Dafür gibt es ein neues.

Wir lieben AI\-Tooling. Code, Cursor, Agents, MCP – das ist bei uns Daily Driver, nicht Experiment. Wir erwarten, dass du diese Tools beherrschst – und nicht umgekehrt. Du weisst, wann der Agent recht hat, wann er halluziniert und wann er deine Datenbank\-Migration gerade mit vollem Selbstvertrauen zu Gulasch verarbeitet hat.

: Wer «make it work, no bugs pls» promptet und dann auf Prod deployt, ist bei uns falsch. Wer AI nutzt, um in der gleichen Zeit doppelt so saubere Software zu liefern – und trotzdem selbst testet, jeden Diff liest und die Lösung selbst durchklickt, bevor sie dem Kunden auf den Schoss fällt –, ist bei uns genau richtig.

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Fullstack Developer – Frontend, Backend, Datenbank und alles dazwischen.
  • Solide Kenntnisse in modernen Web\-Stacks (z. B. TypeScript, React/Angular, Java/ Boot oder ) und relationalen Datenbanken.
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud, Containern und CI/CD. «Läuft bei mir lokal» ist kein Deployment\-Konzept.
  • Ein Verständnis für Architektur, Security und Wartbarkeit – also für alles, was in einem Prototyp fehlt.
  • Fluency im AI\-Tooling und ein gesundes Misstrauen gegenüber dem Output.
  • Selbständigkeit: Du organisierst dich selbst, kommunizierst proaktiv mit Kunden und lieferst. Ohne Nanny.
  • Deutsch fliessend (unsere Kunden sind Schweizer), Englisch gut.
