Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine:n Senior UX Designer / Full\-Stack UX Designer für ein langfristiges Projekt im Bereich Digital Banking.

In dieser begleiten Sie den gesamten UX\-Prozess von Research und Ideation über Konzeption und Prototyping bis hin zu Validierung, Spezifikation und Qualitätssicherung. Sie gestalten und evaluieren gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen User Flows, Screens, Journeys und Features für digitale Banking\-Kanäle auf Web und Mobile.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:

  • Durchführung von UX Research und User Tests sowie Ableitung relevanter Erkenntnisse
  • Entwicklung von User Journeys, User Flows, Screens und interaktiven Prototypen
  • Konzeption und Gestaltung neuer Features für Web\- und Mobile\-Banking
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Business\-Stakeholdern und Aufnahme ihrer fachlichen Bedürfnisse
  • Übersetzung von Research\- und Testresultaten in konkrete UX/UI\-Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen UX/UI\-Qualität während der Umsetzung
  • Konsequente Anwendung bestehender Markenrichtlinien sowie Design\- und Interaktionspatterns
  • Arbeit mit umfangreichen Design\-Systemen sowie deren bedarfsgerechte Weiterentwicklung
  • Berücksichtigung der relevanten Guidelines für Apple\- und Android\-Applikationen

Requirements

* 5–8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung auf Senior\-Level * Fundierte Erfahrung als Full\-Stack UX Designer entlang des gesamten UX\-Prozesses * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in UX Research, Ideation, Konzeption, Prototyping, Validierung und User Testing * Fundierte Kenntnisse digitaler UX/UI\-Gestaltungsprinzipien * Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Evaluierung von User Flows, Screens, Journeys und Features * Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen * Sicherer Umgang mit umfangreichen Design\-Systemen * Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Mobile\-Applikationen für iOS und Android sowie Kenntnisse der entsprechenden Guidelines * Fähigkeit, Research\- und Testdaten in konkrete User Flows und UI\-Konzepte zu übersetzen * Deutsch auf C2\-Niveau bzw. annähernd muttersprachlich Nice to Have

  • Erfahrung im Banking\- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen digitalen Plattformen und grossen Design\-Systemen
